Procedural Note on C.R.S. § 7-90-704(2): Unlike states where the Secretary of State accepts walk-in service for all delinquent domestic LLCs, Colorado law (C.R.S. § 7-90-704(2)) requires first attempting physical service on the registered agent at the registered address; if the agent cannot be served with reasonable diligence, the entity is served via certified/registered mail to its principal address accompanied by our Affidavit of Due Diligence.
